By accessing or using RareCalling.com (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms.
What we are.
RareCalling is an online job-listing platform connecting employers and job seekers in the collectibles industry. RareCalling is not an employment agency, recruiter, or party to any employment relationship, and does not guarantee employment, hiring, applications, or any outcome.
Employer responsibilities.
Employers are solely responsible for their listings and for complying with all applicable employment, labor, anti-discrimination, wage, tax, and data-protection laws in every relevant jurisdiction (including, in the US, EEOC, ADA, ADEA, and Title VII), and equivalent laws internationally. RareCalling does not verify legal compliance of any posting.
Acceptable use.
You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose. You may not harvest, scrape, or misuse candidate or employer data. Given theft risks in the collectibles field, do not post information that could compromise anyone’s safety or security.
Content & removal.
You retain rights to content you submit but grant RareCalling a license to display it. RareCalling may edit, refuse, or remove any content at its sole discretion.
Fees.
Paid listing fees are as stated at purchase and are generally non-refundable once a listing is published, except as required by law.
No warranty / limitation of liability.
The Platform is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, RareCalling is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify and hold RareCalling harmless from claims arising out of your content or use of the Platform.
Governing law.
Governed by the laws of the State of California, venue in Orange County, California.
