We do not publicly display candidate contact details, home addresses, or photos. Candidates control what they share; sensitive details go to an employer only when the candidate applies or opts in.

To operate the Platform, match candidates and roles, process payments, and communicate with you.
Sharing.
With employers only as a candidate chooses (by applying/opting in); with service providers who help run the Platform; and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies.
Used for core functionality and analytics; controllable via your browser. We honor privacy-preferring choices.
Your rights.
California residents (CCPA) and EU/UK users (GDPR) may request access or deletion via info@rarecalling.com. We respond within legally required timeframes and notify affected users of a breach as required by law.
Children.
Not intended for anyone under 16.
