Rock Solid Real, a Dallas-based music memorabilia auction house, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly first voice for collectors who care deeply about the stories behind their pieces. You’ll answer buyer and consignor questions across phone and email, help track high-value packages, and make sure every interaction feels personal. We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves music history — concert posters, signed guitars, rare vinyl — and can translate that excitement into great service. No prior auction experience required, just curiosity, patience, and the kind of attention to detail that keeps a serial-numbered Hendrix signature exactly where it should be.
