Outbound Acquisitions Specialist — SAMPLE

Vault & Vine Collectibles is hiring a fully remote Outbound Acquisitions Specialist on a 12-month contract (extension likely). Your job: identify and contact private collectors, estate representatives, and dealers who may be ready to sell — across coins, comics, vintage toys, and pop-culture memorabilia — and bring qualified consignment leads to our acquisitions team. This is warm outbound, not cold spray-and-pray: you’ll work from research lists, social signals, and inbound interest. Strong written voice, comfort on the phone, and at least passing familiarity with the collectibles world are required. Commission on closed consignments stacks on top of the contract rate.
